Responsibilities: • Assist in the implementation of software and systems for clients. • Provide technical support to clients throughout the implementation process. • Ensure successful integration of software and systems into the client’s existing infrastructure. • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during implementation. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Experience in customer service and/or technical support. • Knowledge of various software and systems. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Skills: • Experience with software and system implementation. • Knowledge of software and system development life cycles. • Ability to learn new software and systems quickly. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
